Ride the rocket with Spaceman on the platform data18 — a next-generation crash game where the multiplier keeps climbing and you need to make your move at exactly the right moment. The control is entirely yours. How high will you fly? Or will you cash out before it's too late?
Spaceman is a space-themed crash game developed by Pragmatic Play, now available at data18 Malaysia. Unlike conventional slots that rely on symbol combinations, Spaceman delivers a truly different experience — a single multiplier that starts at x1.00 and rises in real time, until the astronaut "flies away" or crashes.
The concept is straightforward yet incredibly thrilling: place your bet, the rocket launches, and the multiplier climbs — x1.50, x2.00, x5.00, x10.00 and beyond. Your goal is to hit the "Cash Out" button before the rocket explodes. Cash out in time and your winnings equal your stake multiplied by the current multiplier. But if the rocket explodes before you act, your bet is lost. Simple to understand, yet incredibly hard to master — and that's exactly what makes Spaceman so addictive to play at data18.
At data18, Spaceman can be played live alongside other players from across Malaysia in real time. You can use other players' cash out results as a reference point, making the experience far more social and competitive than a typical solo game. Deposits are easy via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks).
Fun Fact: Spaceman uses Provably Fair technology — every round can be independently verified by players using the hash code published before the round begins. This guarantees absolute fairness in every game at data18.

Why this crash game has taken Malaysian players by storm
Unlike regular slots that rely 100% on luck, Spaceman gives you the power to decide when to cash out. Your decision determines your profit — making every round a uniquely thrilling experience.
Set your target multiplier in advance — for example, x2.00 — and the data18 system will automatically cash out once the multiplier reaches that value. This feature is ideal for players who prefer a consistent strategy without having to watch the screen at all times.
Spaceman at data18 is a real-time multiplayer game — you play within the same session as other players from across Malaysia. You can see who cashes out early and who holds on for a higher multiplier, adding a social dimension that regular slots simply don't offer.
Spaceman uses Provably Fair technology, where every round is generated by an algorithm that can be independently verified. A hash code is published before each round begins — meaning no one, including data18 itself, can manipulate the outcome of any round.
Spaceman at data18 lets you place two separate bets in a single round. For example, cash out your first bet early at x1.50 (for safety) while holding your second bet for a higher multiplier like x10 — a two-layered strategy popular among experienced players.
Data18 displays recent round history and multiplier statistics — including the highest multipliers recorded, how often early crashes occur, and overall trends. This information helps players make more informed strategic decisions.

Spaceman may look straightforward, but players who go in without a strategy tend to burn through their balance quickly. Here are the approaches commonly used by experienced players at data18 — not a guaranteed win, but it can extend your playing session and improve your chances of long-term profit.
Set auto cash out at x1.50 or x2.00 and play consistently. Even though each round's winnings are modest, the win frequency is high. This strategy is well-suited for new players at data18 who are still getting a feel for the game's rhythm.
Place two bets simultaneously — a smaller bet with auto cash out at x2.00 as a "hedge" and a larger bet that you aim to hold until x5.00 or higher. This strategy balances risk against the potential for a big win within a single round.
Data18 displays a history of recent rounds. If you notice several early crashes in a row, a higher multiplier may be due soon — while this is not guaranteed, some players use it as a rough guide when setting their cash out targets.
Spaceman can be incredibly exciting, and it's easy for players to keep going after a string of losses. Set a daily loss limit — for example RM50 or RM100 — and stop once that limit is reached. This is a smart practice at data18 across all types of games.
One of the biggest mistakes Spaceman players make is "tilt" — chasing losses with bigger bets after an early crash. Emotion is your worst enemy in this game. Stay calm, stick to your original strategy, and remember that every round is completely independent.
| Cash Out Target | Win Frequency | Risk | Potential |
|---|---|---|---|
| X1.20 – x1.50 | Very High | Low | Small |
| X2.00 – x3.00 | High | Medium | Medium |
| X5.00 – x10.00 | Medium | High | Large |
| X50 and above | Rare | Very High | Massive |

Many players ask — what are the advantages of playing Spaceman over conventional slots at data18? The answer is simple: Spaceman offers a completely different dimension of gameplay, particularly in terms of active player involvement.
In a standard slot, you simply hit Spin and wait for the outcome — there are no further decisions to make once the round begins. In Spaceman, however, every moment after the rocket takes off is a decision in itself — cash out now, or hold on a little longer? This real-time pressure creates an experience that is far more exhilarating.
On top of that, Spaceman at data18 allows players to see other players' actions in real time — when they cash out and what multiplier they hit. This creates a unique social dynamic that often influences player strategy, making every Spaceman session a one-of-a-kind experience.
